The Work You’ll Step Into

  • Commercial oversight across a £30m+ annual project portfolio (typical schemes £3–10m)
  • Mentoring and developing QSs within the team
  • Leading on contract negotiation, claims strategy, and client-facing commercial conversations
  • Helping shape the long-term commercial systems and culture as part of succession planning
