The Work You’ll Step Into
- Commercial oversight across a £30m+ annual project portfolio (typical schemes £3–10m)
- Mentoring and developing QSs within the team
- Leading on contract negotiation, claims strategy, and client-facing commercial conversations
- Helping shape the long-term commercial systems and culture as part of succession planning
You’ll have the backing of directors who still stay close to the projects — but are smart enough to give you space. There’s no ivory tower here — just a serious opportunity to shape something lasting.
